Radhika Baskar is an accomplished Veena artist.
Veena is a chordophone instrument from the Indian
subcontinent.
Radhika has a rich knowledge of carnatic music, a
system of Indian classical music, frequently
associated with southern India. She is recognized for
the Tanam rendition, a specific kind of improvisation
in Carnatic music. She also composes and
performs contemporary classical music. She is also
proficient in fusion music.
Music is a universal language consisting of seven
notes and Radhika brings in variety with a flavour of
Carnatic music in her renditions to engage the
Audience's attention.
