Bree Ali is a South Asian actor, improviser and singer from Toronto, Canada and Bangladesh. She is a graduate of The Second City's Conservatory for sketch and improv. Born and raised in Kuwait until escaping during the first Gulf War, she has since lived in Bangladesh, Singapore, Thailand, Qatar, USA (Los Angeles, CA) and Canada (Mississauga, ON); traveled across four continents; and has just a few Canadian provinces and territories left to explore.
Film/TV credits include What We Do In The Shadows, See, New Eden, and Business Inc, and award-winning short films Haru's New Year, A Lack of Colour, Parent Teacher, and I Was Expecting. Having started out in Toronto's comedy scene performing improv, stand-up and musical comedy, she was featured at the Just For Laughs (JFL) Solo Sketch and Character Showcase at Toronto Sketchfest.
