Subscribers retain any and all of the rights to any content they submit, post or display on or through the portal and subscribers are responsible for protecting those rights. By posting content to the portal, subscribers grant AoSAPA.ca the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the portal service. Please read our 'Terms and Conditions' and 'Privacy Policy' pages for further details.

If you are an independent artist, you would be subscribing as an individual, i.e as yourself. If you represent a 'company' you will still be subscribing with your personal or business email ID, and you will be deemed to be acting on behalf of your 'company'. It is assumed that you, as a subscriber on this portal, have all necessary legal authorization to post content and engage with this portal on behalf of the company that you represent. AoSAPA.ca cannot not be held accountable by any 3rd party for their content being uploaded on AoSAPA.ca by you, the subscriber.

You can subscribe from whereever you are. But to upload content and be a part of our 'Artist Database' you need to be a resident of Canada as of October 2021.

Please make sure that you own the rights OR you are the legally authorized representative for any content you upload on this portal. In addition, please rate your content as per the 'Canadian Movie Rating Sysyem' to ensure audience appropriateness. If you wish to upload any movie that has explicit content, please make sure that you add a slide at the beginning of your content clearly identifying your content as being explicit; this slide should stay on screen for atleast 10 seconds before the actual movie/ content starts playing. AoSAPA.ca holds the rights to remove any content that may be inappropriately classified OR that may be unsuitable for the general audience of this site, without informing the poster of such content.

The best way to reach us is by filling up the 'Contact Form' on our 'Contact' page. We would generally respond in about 1 - 3 business days. In case you do not receive an email reply by then OR need a quicker response, please 'Call' or 'Write' to us; details are availble on the 'Contact' page.

As a subscriber, you get to 'Showcase' your work. You can be on our 'Artist Database' which would make your discoverable by casting agents, production houses, etc. that frequently visit our portal scouting for South Asian talent in Canada and abroad. Subscribers will also periodically be invited to FREE and subsidized hands-on training programs, relevant to your skills.
